Foothills Writers (formerly the Beanery Writers Group) is a multi-genre writing group that encourages writers who are just starting to those who are well-published. At the meetings we critique writings, have discussions, do prompts. Writers are always welcome to visit the group to see how it ‘fits’ their needs. Writers can join the group temporarily to receive help with a particular problem. Members welcome writers to become permanent members.

Time: the 2nd and 4th Fridays each month (no 2nd meeting in Oct.; no 4th meeting in Nov. and Dec.) between 1:00 and 3:00 p. m.

NOTE: Members start arriving around noon to eat and socialize before the meeting.
