Library Services
The Ligonier Valley Library provides a range of convenient services, including printing, scanning, faxing, meeting spaces, public computers, and free Wi-Fi.
Printing, Copying, Scanning, and Faxing
Need to print a document, make copies, scan materials, or send a fax? The library provides self-service and staff-assisted options. The library can accept Cash or Checks for these services. If you would like to use a credit card, please see the instructions below for printing with Princh.Printing & Photocopying

Scanning
Documents and photos can be scanned and saved to a flash drive or emailed for a $0.25 per use.Faxing
Faxing services are available for sending documents. Confirmation receipts are sent by email for a fee $1.00 per page (cover page included).Printing from your Device with Princh
You may print from your smartphone, tablet, or laptop using the Princh app or by visiting print.princh.com. You may print while you are in the library or submit your print job before you visit.Using the Princh app:
- Download the Princh app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Open the app on your device and follow the on-screen instructions.
- When prompted, enter the library’s Printer ID: 102231.
- Choose the print settings (black & white or color, number of copies, etc.).
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select your payment method.
- “Pay at Desk” to pay by cash or check at the library.
- Credit card or Apple/Google Pay to pay electronically.
- If you paid electronically, your files will print immediately. If you selected Pay at Desk, visit the circulation desk and a staff member will release your print job.
Using the Princh website:
- Save the file(s) you would like to print to your device.
- Open a web browser (Safari, Chrome, etc.) and visit print.princh.com.
- When prompted, enter the library’s Printer ID: 102231.
- Click “Click here to select and upload a file…” and choose the file(s) that you would like to print.
- Click the gear icon next to the file name to adjust your print settings (black & white or color, number of copies, etc.).
- Click the check box next to “Accept Terms and Conditions” and click “Continue.”
- Select your payment method.
- “Pay at Desk” to pay by cash or check at the library.
- Credit card or Apple/Google Pay to pay electronically.
- If you paid electronically, your files will print immediately. If you selected Pay at Desk, visit the circulation desk and a staff member will release your print job.
Meeting and Study Room Reservations
The library offers meeting spaces for community use when not needed for library programs and events. Meeting rooms may be reserved at no charge for nonprofit organizations and individuals, provided the activity being conducted is NOT intended to generate income. For example, tutoring, paid programs, and commercial meetings are considered income-generating activities. Otherwise, rooms may be reserved according to the following fee schedule:| Room | Fee | Capacity |

- Complete a Meeting Room Reservation Request Form.
Public Computers
Public computers are available for library visitors to access the internet, complete school or work assignments, conduct research, and use office software. Features include:- Internet access

- Printing capability (see the fee schedule under printing and photocopying)
- Access to online library resources and databases
Free Wi-Fi
Free wireless internet access is available throughout the library building with or without a library card.Getting Connected with a Library Card
- Select “Library WiFi” from your device
- A Westmoreland County Libraries page will open in your web browser
- Enter your library card number and password
- Click the blue “Sign into Wi-Fi” button
- Review the Wi-Fi Policy and click the blue “Agree” button
- You are now connected
Getting Connected WITHOUT a Library Card
- Select “Library WiFi” from your device
- A Westmoreland County Libraries page will open in your web browser
- Below the password entry box, click on the “click here” link following “Don’t have a library card”
- Enter your zip code and click “Sign into Wi-Fi”
- If prompted, select your city and click “Select”
- Review the Wi-Fi Policy and click the blue “Agree” button
- You are now connected
