This special program invites young readers to share their favorite stories with Gracie Lou, a gentle, certified therapy dog who loves a great tale. It is the perfect, stress-free environment for children to practice reading aloud, boost their literacy confidence, and bond with a sweet, non-judgmental furry listener.
Kids are welcome to pick out a vibrant book from the library shelves or bring a beloved favorite from home. Whether they want to read an entire chapter, practice a few words, or just flip through pictures with a new four-legged friend, Gracie Lou can’t wait to meet them!
