Reuben A. Wilt, a prominent Ligonier druggist and property owner, purchased this property from Jacob Murdock, Daniel Beltz & John Berkey in 1903. The older building was torn down and sold in pieces. Wilt’s new drug store was built in conjunction with the First National Bank building next door.
