Thermon Coulter Musick moved to Ligonier in 1911, having purchased the Ligonier Flour Mill. In 1922 he obtained two vacant lots and began construction on this substantial brick home which features stunning oak woodwork, beveled glass doors, and stained glass windows. Owner R. F. Flickinger, T. C.’s grandson, has done a complete renovation retaining its craftsmanship.
