Fowler Hardware and Tin Shop

220 West Main Street

After the Marker Block Fire destroyed his business in 1896, F. O. Fowler moved his hardware and tin business to this location. In 1903 his father, A. F. Fowler, sold his building and grocery store next to the Diamond and joined his son in the hardware business. They tore down the existing log structure and built this new building as a store on one side and residence on the other side.
