This property was deeded to Joseph and Sarah Colledge from John Amich in 1868. It was then conveyed to their son Theodore F. Colledge in 1880. It is connected to the property next door, which was used by T. F. Colledge for his carriage/coach-making business. It was at one time the last house in the Borough of Ligonier on the western side. Eventually it was willed to his daughter Mintie Colledge Keys.
