Denny Marker purchased this house in 1894, located next door to his father’s corner home. It was advertised as a public sale of the Mariah McClune estate. The house was formerly the property of Charles and Mariah McClune (building date is unknown.) It remained in the Marker Family until the 1960s. Former businesses included an interior design studio and a retail store.
