Come see 150 years worth of Christmas decorating and tree lighting. Also see early electricity and technology of the time.
Collector Don Lachie is speaking about the display on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 2:00 pm.
Cookies and light refreshments will be provided for the talk.
Exhibit runs through January 14.
Families and children will listen to stories, sing songs, decorate our library Christmas Tree and at least one craft will be available for the children to make.
We will have a very special guest to visit with the children! Ho ho ho!
We will be partnering with the Kiwanis Club of Ligonier Valley to provide treats to children in attendance. We will also have another special guest, Janet Arida from Highmark Caring Place, here to read a special story. She will have a craft available that focuses on keeping memories alive for those we may be missing a loved one during the Christmas Season.
Families can bring their very own ornament to add to our tree or use the ornaments we have here at the library.
This program is free and open to everyone who would like to attend. No registration required.
