Re-Readables Bookstore

ReReadables20160519Welcome to the Ligonier Valley Library's Bookstore! All materials in our bookstore have been donated to the library. Below is a list of items we are currently accepting for Re-Readables - we are especially in need of paperbacks, art, history, and children's books as well as current fiction and magazines. All proceeds go towards the library's operations fund.


Currently accepting with some restrictions:

  • Hardcover Novels: 2000 and newer

  • Hardcover Non-fiction: All years, but NO text books, out-dated business, computer or travel books

  • Magazines: Current Year* (We will accept some older specialty magazines)

Currently accepting with no restrictions:

  • DVDs & Blu-rays

  • Compact Discs (music) & Audiobooks

  • Paperbacks with covers intact

  • Children's Books in excellent condition

  • Classics & Pennsylvania History

  • Videos (VHS)
  • Cassette Tapes
  • Records
  • Older Novels
  • Newspapers
  • Textbooks
  • Reader's Digest Condensed Books
  • Encyclopedias
  • Smelly or Damaged Items

The library only has a limited amount of storage available for book donations. We recommend that you call the Ligonier Valley Library at 724-238-6451 prior to bringing in more than two boxes of book donations at one time.

Donations of older books and materials of local historical interest are always welcome and should be brought to the attention of the Pennsylvania Room staff.

Re-Readables book store has been a part of the Ligonier Valley Library since its Grand Opening on August 16, 2007.
