The American Heart Association suggests walking 20 minutes a day to be heart healthy. Librarians suggest reading 20 minutes a day to stay brain healthy. Let's Book encourages everyone to do more of both!

What is Let's Book?

Reading and walking are great ways to reduce stress and energize the mind and body. Let's Book encourages everyone to do more of both. Overachievers are welcome! The plan is simple and flexible. Join us for group walks or walk on your own. Read your own books or borrow from the library for extra points - eBooks and audiobooks also count.

June 15 - Spruce Flats Bog Trail Walk with Rachael Mahony, meet in Laurel Summit State Park lot

These walks are all on Thursday mornings and start at 10:00am, unless otherwise stated.

Participants are welcome to meet us at the location or to meet at the library at an announced time and caravan to the site - please make arrangements to either drive yourself or to carpool with other members.
